Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred.
• 6+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, with minimum 1 year in leadership or senior technician role.
• Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and autonomous maintenance techniques.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and automated systems, including PLCs, robotics, and control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate a maintenance team.
• Commitment to TPM, JIT, and continuous improvement.
• Willingness to be on the production floor 60% of time with 40% administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance activities and TPM initiatives.
• Coordinate technician workflows and ensure equipment reliability.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and automated systems.
• Manage CMMS data for predictive maintenance.
• Ensure safety and compliance standards across the facility.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to align maintenance with operational goals.
• Support JIT production and continuous improvement efforts.
