Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in a technical or leadership role.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with TPM program and tracking OEE/MTBF.
• Ensure equipment and facility compliance with codes.
• Experience with PLC, CNC, and microprocessor-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Assign work and oversee Maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement training plans for Maintenance employees.
• Establish short-term maintenance plans to improve OEE and MTBF.
• Submit and support continuous improvement ideas to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost.
• Ensure maintenance resources are adequate to support preventive and predictive maintenance and address unplanned failures.
• Be a proactive leader in TPM system utilization and improvement.
• Act as CMMS administrator.
• Manage small scale projects with engineering.
• Coach and assist maintenance staff.
• Perform other related duties as required.
