Job summary
Acushnet Company is seeking an experienced maintenance supervisor to lead a production maintenance team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will drive equipment performance, collaborate with engineering, and ensure safety and housekeeping standards are followed.
The role emphasizes coaching, training, and continuous improvement across maintenance operations, supporting plant efficiency and cost control. Occasional travel may be required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial maintenance or equivalent with 2+ years of leadership in maintenance.
- Associate’s degree with 3+ years in industrial maintenance is acceptable.
- High School Diploma plus 5+ years in industrial maintenance is also acceptable.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of production maintenance associates to ensure machinery and equipment performance.
- Coordinate with manufacturing and facilities engineering to meet performance and cost standards.
- Maintain critical parts inventory and drive continuous improvement in maintenance operations.
- Provide coaching and training while upholding safety and housekeeping standards.
