• Ability to plan around production schedules and shutdowns.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for a team of Maintenance Technicians.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals for proper operation and longevity.
• Promote proactive maintenance and drive continuous improvement.
• Plan, schedule, and drive maintenance work execution.
• Audit technician performance for compliance with manufacturer recommendations.
• Assist with troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with maintenance leadership, production supervision, and vendors.
• Supervise external contractors.
• Maintain GMP compliance and promote energy/water conservation.
• Conduct audits to ensure inspections/repairs meet recommendations.
