Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/industrial/electrical engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive maintenance leadership in food manufacturing or consumer goods.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systems.
• Experience implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Proven Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement success.
• Experience with CMMS and reliability tools.
• Excellent project management and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team: technicians, electricians, and supervisors; foster safety and continuous improvement.
• Oversee reliability programs, preventive/predictive maintenance, and asset history management.
• Drive Lean initiatives, Kaizen events, RCA, and TPM practices.
• Lead capital projects from concept to commissioning and validation.
• Ensure food safety, GMP, HACCP compliance across maintenance activities.
• Partner with production to improve throughput and equipment performance.
• Manage budget, inventory, contractor relations, and spare parts.
