Sentry Management is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician Team Lead for our Cambridge, MD community. The role involves leading maintenance staff, performing preventive maintenance, and coordinating repairs with vendors and the General Manager.

You will inspect buildings and grounds, maintain lighting, drainage, and safety systems, and ensure timely resolution of issues. A valid driver’s license is required, and you must work one weekend day in the winter.

Qualifications

• Have previous maintenance experience.
• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure building systems and equipment operate efficiently.
• Perform general maintenance and repair work, including carpentry, painting, drywall, minor plumbing, and minor electrical repairs.
• Engage qualified contractors when work is beyond the scope of the position.
• Inspect buildings, grounds, common areas, and facilities to identify hazards and maintenance needs; report to GM.
• Monitor pool area, sidewalks, beach access, courts, drainage, lighting; address conditions as needed.
• Operate and maintain building trash compactors.
• Pressure wash sidewalks and beach areas; maintain exterior lighting.
• Maintain tools, storage areas, and records of supplies and equipment.
• Repair and maintain locks and related hardware; address drainage issues.
• Remove algae and perform exterior painting/touch-up work as required.
• Work closely with the General Manager to report hazards and maintenance concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the GM or Board.
