Sentry Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Team Lead for our Cambridge, MD-area property.

The role requires hands-on maintenance leadership, overseeing routine upkeep, coordinating contractors, and ensuring timely resolution of issues for our association communities. You will supervise maintenance activities, perform preventive maintenance, and work with the General Manager to uphold the Sentry Promises across on-site assets, buildings, and common areas.

Competenze

• Must have previous maintenance experience.
• Working knowledge of basic maintenance processes.
• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Mansioni

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Carry out general maintenance tasks (carpentry, painting, drywall, minor plumbing and electrical) or supervise qualified contractors.
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and common areas to identify safety hazards or maintenance needs and coordinate corrective actions.
• Operate and maintain building fixtures, lighting, locks, doors, and exterior components.
• Maintain drainage, landscaping, and exterior surfaces; monitor and report conditions requiring professional service.
