Job summary
Yanfeng is seeking a Team Leader, Maintenance to oversee a team of maintenance technicians in our Fountain Inn manufacturing facility. You will ensure safe, reliable operation of equipment, lead troubleshooting of PLC-controlled automated systems, and drive continuous improvement.
You will coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, support commissioning of new lines, and maintain documentation and spare parts inventory. Automotive background preferred.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent technical training in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience required.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or team lead experience.
- Experience in automotive manufacturing preferred; strong PLC troubleshooting required.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Maintenance Technicians to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
- Assign daily maintenance activities and ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Monitor performance and provide training and development for the team.
- Support staffing, scheduling, and shift coverage.
