Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field related to maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance and contract work.
• Coordinate manpower and monitor daily maintenance activities.
• Lead and manage maintenance teams for safe and efficient execution.
• Develop preventive/predictive maintenance plans to improve reliability.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for cost estimates and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with site safety, quality, and operational standards.
