Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated industry (Medical Device) preferred.
• English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Delegates and supervises work performed by staff.
• Establishes and manages work schedules and maintenance plans.
• Supervises, mentors, develops, evaluates, and coaches staff.
• Implements performance improvement plans as needed.
• Monitors budget and cost controls; engines vendor bids.
• Ensures quality and safety of work and timely completion.
• Communicates business issues to management; supports production shifts.
