Weyerhaeuser’s McComb, MS lumber mill is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor. This full-time, exempt role reports to the Maintenance Manager and leads the maintenance team across log yard, sawmill, dry kilns, planer and shipping operations.

The position emphasizes safety, preventive maintenance, and strong leadership to maximize productivity, reliability, and cost efficiency. The role requires adapting to after-hours calls and weekend work as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred.
• Maintenance leadership experience in industrial manufacturing; wood products experience preferred.
• Engineering solutions developed/implemented for manufacturing challenges.
• Strong leadership with proven safety, environmental, quality and productivity impact.
• Strong troubleshooting and failure analysis skills.
• Experience with preventive, predictive maintenance methods; reliability-centered maintenance.
