Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead in Idaho Falls, ID. This role leads the onsite maintenance team, schedules apartment turns, and ensures service requests are resolved promptly to maintain high resident satisfaction.

You will manage inventory of ready apartments, inspect move-in quality, and drive maintenance initiatives while upholding the Wasatch brand and ownership mindset. Proactive leadership plus hands-on skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on general maintenance experience.
• EPA Certified with 3-5 years related experience a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lead staff and build a team atmosphere.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
