You will perform routine maintenance and repairs, respond to resident requests quickly, and troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues while upholding the Wasatch brand and owner mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools.
• Experience repairing and maintaining electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, heating/air systems, and pools.
• Superior customer service and strong communication skills.
