Job summary
North American Truck & Trailer in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead to manage a small facilities crew, perform hands-on repairs, and keep our locations running smoothly. Qualifications
- Hands-on maintenance experience.
- Ability to lead, train, and mentor a small facilities team.
- Strong organizational skills and reliability.
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or general facilities maintenance a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a small Facilities team.
- Train and guide technicians throughout the day.
- Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance around the attractions.
- Troubleshoot lighting, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general repair issues.
- Complete painting, wall repair, equipment setup, and preventative maintenance.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures and safety compliance.
- Jump in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.
