NRP Group is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team. You will supervise maintenance operations across the community, ensure curb appeal, and respond to service requests with a focus on safety and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include scheduling preventative maintenance, coordinating apartment turns, maintaining records, managing inventories, and communicating capital needs to the Community Manager.

Qualifications

• Direct and oversee maintenance of the community.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Maintain records for reporting and budgetary needs.
• Coordinate apartment turns and renovations.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and turnovers in line with policy.
• Supervise use of equipment and tools.
• Notify Community Managers with safety or preventive maintenance solutions.
• Conduct monthly safety meetings and trainings.
