Job summary

The NRP Group LLC is looking for a Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for general maintenance and customer service tasks to ensure quality apartment homes. You will perform repairs, inspections, and maintain curb appeal under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Qualifications

• At least 3-4 years of maintenance experience.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CFC Universal Certification preferred (to be attained within 90 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and janitorial services.
• Complete all service requests as per company standards.
• Available for weekend work and on-call duties 24/7.
