Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• 2–5 years related experience and/or training; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with electrical systems, motors, and control interlocks.

Responsibilities

• Direct and monitor work to ensure safety and efficiency per rules.
• Coordinate maintenance with departments to maximize operations.
• Investigate incidents, document findings, and implement corrective actions.
• Train staff in safe practices and housekeeping to improve skills.
• Monitor budgets and inventory; report deviations and suggest improvements.
• Manage subcontractors on cost, quality, safety and deadlines.
