Wasatch Property Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead for our Castle Rock communities. You will supervise the maintenance team, oversee turns, prioritize service requests, and ensure move-in quality across apartments.

You bring 3+ years hands-on maintenance, EPA certification, leadership, and strong communication. You will manage inventory, coordinate with leasing and vendors, and support a resident-first culture while keeping operations safe and efficient.

• 3+ years of hands-on general maintenance experience.
• EPA Certification required; 3-5 years related experience a plus.
• Ability to lead staff and build a team atmosphere.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
