Job summary

NES Fircroft in Williston, ND is seeking an experienced CMMS Data Specialist contractor to review, validate, and cleanse maintenance and asset data ahead of system implementation. You will collaborate with Maintenance, Reliability, Operations, and Planning teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance with project standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with CMMS/EAM systems (SAP PM, Maximo, Infor EAM, Oracle, or similar).
• Experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, reliability, or asset management.
• Strong understanding of equipment master data, asset hierarchies, and preventive maintenance processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data review and analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Contract: 12 months

Description:

Seeking an experienced contractor to support a CMMS Enhancement Project by reviewing, validating, and cleansing maintenance and asset data. The contractor will work with Maintenance, Reliability, Operations, and Planning teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established standards prior to system implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate equipment, asset, and functional location data.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, duplicates, and inconsistencies.

• Support data migration, testing, and user acceptance activities.
• Document findings and track corrective actions.
