Job summary

Country Place Senior Living and Memory Care of Livingston seeks a full-time maintenance technician to keep our campus safe and comfortable for residents. You’ll perform repairs, handle electrical and plumbing checks, install equipment, and assist with renovations in coordination with the Administrator.

Valid driver license is required, and you must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. The role supports a team focused on dignified senior living and everyday reliability.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in maintenance for commercial or residential buildings.
• Thorough knowledge of building materials and tools.
• Valid Driver License required.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor and preventive maintenance on building systems.
• Repair locks, fixtures, and hardware; fix wall gaps as needed.
• Check control panels, electrical wiring, and safety systems.
• Install appliances and equipment; assist with renovations.
• Collaborate with administration on maintenance projects.
