SUMMARY: The Maintenance Support Coordinator assists the Maintenance Trainer in developing and delivering technical training that ensures maintenance team members can properly maintain, repair, and restore equipment to operational and sanitary-ready condition.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Training Program Execution
  • Support the Maintenance Training Superintendent in implementing structured maintenance training programs within Dupont Training Program.
  • Deliver hands‑on technical training across all maintenance personnel.
• Train on
  • Mechanical systems (conveyors, drives, gearboxes, pneumatics)
  • Electrical fundamentals (as applicable)
  • Equipment‑specific procedures (e.g., baggers, fryers, ovens, conveyors)
• Documentation & Training Systems
  • Maintain training records and certification tracking.
  • Maintain visual training aids.
  • Maintain equipment‑specific guides.
• Behavioral Expectations
  • Reinforce Safety as a Condition in all maintenance activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education & Experience
  • Technical/trade school preferred.
  • 3–5+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing.
  • Experience with industrial equipment troubleshooting and repair.
• Skills & Competencies
  • Strong mechanical aptitude: drives, motors, bearings, conveyors, pneumatics.
  • Working knowledge of electrical systems (preferred).
  • Ability to train hands‑on technical skills, standardize and simplify complex procedures, coach and develop maintenance personnel.
