You will coordinate installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment while driving reliability, safety, and continuous improvement across shifts.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in manufacturing, proven leadership, and a solid background in preventive maintenance and problem solving.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing maintenance teams.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage weekly and monthly maintenance schedules.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen and World Class Manufacturing.

About the Role:

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment, tools, and facility infrastructure within a production environment. This role leads and develops a maintenance team, oversees preventive and corrective maintenance activities, ensures work orders are completed on time, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to support operational goals, equipment reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction.

What You Need To Be Successful:
  • 5+ years of experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance operations, preventive maintenance programs, and repair processes.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing maintenance teams.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage weekly and monthly maintenance schedules.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as problem solving, Kaizen, and World Class Manufacturing principles.
  • Strong understanding of workplace safety regulations and maintenance best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, implement solutions, and achieve operational goals.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to support multiple shifts and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Experience with World Class Manufacturing (WCM) initiatives.
  • Background leading Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects.
  • Experience conducting maintenance audits and safety inspections.
  • Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
  • Experience managing maintenance inventory and equipment storage programs.
  • Demonstrated success driving preventive maintenance improvements and reliability initiatives.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant maintenance leadership experience will be considered.
Travel:

Minimal travel required.
