Job summary

The role requires 5+ years of maintenance experience, prior supervision, and strong knowledge of TPM, Lean, and preventive maintenance. Travel for training is possible; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Must have prior supervision or leadership experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance, continuous improvement, predictive/preventive maintenance programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work off shift and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Screen incoming work orders and plan maintenance activities.
• Coordinate maintenance with departments to schedule repairs.
• Procure equipment and tools needed to perform work.
• Communicate with contractors on outsourced work and expectations.
• Lead TPM and housekeeping, safety, and DOS program adherence.
• Maintain records for maintenance program and timekeeping.
• Ensure all equipment is in safe working order.
• Travel for education and training as needed.
