Job summary

Pegasus Residential in Saint Augustine, FL is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for The Southerly at St. Augustine. You will own the on-site maintenance program and guide the team to deliver exceptional resident services while maintaining the property standards.

Applicants should have supervisory experience, pool maintenance familiarity, and a valid driver’s license. EPA or CPO certification is a plus, and the company offers strong benefits including PTO, holidays, medical, 401k, and growth

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role at a property or maintenance team.
• Strong customer service orientation and professionalism.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• EPA or CPO certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own your role at the property and serve residents with excellent service.
• Complete resident and property service requests in a timely manner.
• Participate in preventative maintenance for pools, exterior lighting, and inspections.
• Keep work area, tools, and equipment clean and organized.

Responsibilities and Job Requirements:

• “Own” your role at the property, serve residents with great customer service
• Complete resident and property service requests
• Experience with or desire to be in a supervisory role
• Experience withskills such as:
• Pool maintenance, grounds, appliances,
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
• EPA or CPO certification a plus!
• Must have valid Driver’s License
• Respond on a timely basis to resident service requests.
• Participate in preventative maintenance to include pool, exterior lighting, filter changes and apartment inspections.
• Clean work area, tools and equipment. Care, maintain, and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
