• Monitor and manage maintenance inventory and supplies to support efficient operations.
• Implement and oversee preventative maintenance programs throughout the facility.
• Conduct routine inspections of the property and take corrective action to uphold the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Homes for the Homeless (HFH) is searching for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our Families w/ Children facility located in Staten Island. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a vital part in ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained residential environment for the families we serve. In collaboration with the management team, the Maintenance Supervisor will manage daily building operations, oversee preventative maintenance efforts, and lead maintenance staff.
