Peak Living is seeking a qualified Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. We are a fast-growing property management company with communities across the United States, dedicated to developing high-quality teams and empowering them in their roles.

Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor maintains property quality, provides excellent customer service, supervises move-in preparations, and operates within budget. Hours vary based on community needs and may include weekends and after-hours emergency services.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with hiring, inspecting, counseling, promoting staff, and staffing levels as directed by the Regional Manager.
• Teach skills to staff members.
• Schedule work and maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure common areas are safe, in repair, and clean.
• Perform preventive maintenance (pools, parking lots, exteriors).
• Make capital improvement recommendations.
• Respond to service requests within 24 hours.
• Inspect maintenance quality at competing properties.
• Order parts needed for repairs.
• Educate staff on safety and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of apartment maintenance tasks.
• Leadership skills and effective customer/resident interaction.
• Basic HVAC knowledge and CFC certification within 90 days.
• One year as a Maintenance Supervisor or six months as an assistant at Peak Living.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to communicate in English.
