Job summary

Eskaton Properties Incorporated in Placerville, CA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance activities across the community. You will manage preventive maintenance, perform repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and coordinate with vendors to ensure high-quality service.

You will supervise maintenance, custodial, and grounds staff, maintain safety and building standards, and report to the facility administrator.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of trade school in electrical, plumbing, or carpentry preferred.
• Minimum of two years general maintenance experience with emphasis on electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
• Practical knowledge of HVAC systems, and experience with building systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
• Inspect facilities and equipment; coordinate with contractors and outside services as needed.
• Ensure compliance with Eskaton policies, HUD requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Supervise maintenance, custodial, and grounds staff; manage priorities and schedules.
• Maintain records of maintenance services and inventory; assist administrator as needed.
