Qualificações

• Two years of general maintenance experience with emphasis on electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
• Practical knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Ability to follow Eskaton policies and safety procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Oversee maintenance, custodial, and grounds staff; coordinate scheduling.
• Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for service and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with Eskaton policies, HUD requirements, and regulations.
• Prepare apartment units for occupancy and maintain safety standards.
