Job summary

Ford Energy seeks a manufacturing quality leader to build and guide a new Greenfield facility focused on advanced battery manufacturing. You will lead quality systems, drive lean improvements, and ensure ISO/IATF compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet ambitious production goals.

The role requires strategic thinking, hands-on leadership on the floor, and the ability to deliver data-driven improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering principles to improve automated battery manufacturing processes.
• Establish and monitor quality targets at workstation level to validate readiness.
• Manage and direct SPC activities using control charts to minimize manufacturing variation.
• Conduct process audits to ensure adherence to guidelines and ISO/IATF standards.
• Support efficiency planning to ensure workstations are set up with identified quality risks.
