Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking an experienced multi-skilled maintenance professional to support production equipment across facilities. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain robots, CNCs, motors, and control systems, ensuring safety and reliability in an industrial setting.

The role requires expertise in electrical schematics, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and network protocols, with a strong emphasis on 5S and CMMS documentation. Shift work is required (5pm–5:30am; B/D shifts).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic diagrams, and P&IDs.
• Experience with motor control, VFDs, servo drives, HMI interfaces, and industrial network protocols.
• Familiarity with NEC, NFPA 70E, and electrical safety practices.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with CMMS tools.
• Self-motivation and ability to prioritize multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a range of industrial equipment (robots, welders, furnaces, chillers, CNC mills, lathes, motors, gearboxes).
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical control systems (PLCs, HMIs, sensors, VFDs).
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control issues across production assets.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs and support after hours if needed.
• Maintain CMMS records and keep work areas compliant with 5S practices.
