Job summary

Stella-Jones Fayetteville, TN plant seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team, coordinate activities, and ensure safe, reliable operation of critical equipment.

You will manage PM/PdM plans, maintain CMMS data, coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and HR, and oversee the maintenance budget and spare parts inventory.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, a related degree, and proven ability to work with unionized workforces.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance leadership and reliability improvements.
• 3–5 years supervisory experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance team members to enhance efficiency, reliability, and safety.
• Plan and coordinate PM/PdM activities and daily maintenance work.
• Manage CMMS data accuracy, inspections, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and HR.
• Oversee maintenance budget, spare parts, and vendor/service agreements.
• Coordinate with union representatives and represented employees as needed.
