Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in a relevant field.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 5+ years maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years in a supervisory/lead/maintenance planning role.
• Experience with CMMS tools such as SAP PM or eMaint.
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements, LOTO, and industrial safety best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance technicians across disciplines to ensure safe, reliable operations.
• Coordinate daily work and ensure quality, timely execution.
• Partner with production to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
• Use CMMS/EAM to manage work orders, backlog, and asset data.
• Support reliability programs including root cause analysis and KPI tracking.

• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Experience with CMMS tools such as SAP PM, eMaint, or similar
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements, LOTO, and industrial safety best practices
