  • Deep knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and fire systems.
  • Proven success with preventive maintenance and CMMS.
  • Skilled in budgeting, contracting, and capital project oversight.
  • Certifications such as CFM/FMP are a plus; proficiency with Microsoft 365.
