Job summary

The Simplot Company is seeking a maintenance supervisor for the GF Grand Forks plant. You will direct and coordinate the upkeep of process equipment to maximize efficiency, safety, and cost control.

The role requires maintaining and upgrading equipment with minimal downtime and ensuring a clean, organized facility. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related supervisory maintenance experience, with strong mechanical aptitude and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from 4 year college or university.
• Technical training in maintenace fields will be considered.
• 3+ years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates maintenance to ensure maximum operating efficiency.
• Maintains plant process equipment for top condition and best operating performance.
• Keeps plant clean, organized and presentable; upgrades equipment in accountability area.
• Provides technical services to ensure safety, quality, sanitation, and environmental protection.
