Job summary

HARTING Americas seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead Preventive, Proactive, and Predictive maintenance in our Operations team. You will develop maintenance schedules and review guidelines to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.

You will manage CMMS records, oversee a maintenance team, support KPI dashboards, and assist with MRO inventory and repairs budgeting. A Bachelor’s degree and ISO 9001 exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Exposure to injection molding or automated assemblies enviroment.
• Experience collaborating across teams and departments.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 standard.
• Experience with database reporting and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for equipment.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
• Proactively maintain equipment reliability and performance.
• Utilize CMMS to document work orders and history.
• Plan, assign and direct maintenance work for the team.
• Support KPI dashboards and reporting.
• Assist with procurement, MRO inventory and repairs budgeting.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and procurement.
• Ensure safety compliance and address hazards.
• Drive continuous improvement in maintenance practices.
