Job summary

Ajulia Executive Search is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a manufacturing facility in Wisconsin. The role oversees preventive maintenance, coordinates a team of mechanics, and ensures equipment reliability to meet production goals and safety standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, safety compliance and reducing downtime through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

Proven experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role.
Manage a team of mechanics.
Understanding of Hydraulics, Pneumatics, and Electrical process in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work.
Recruit, supervise and train maintenance technicians.
Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance.
Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
Provide solutions for equipment failures to minimize downtime.
Manages the repair, installation and maintenance of machinery, conveyors and equipment and the physical building to minimize downtime.
Perform preventative maintenance on machinery.
Electrical troubleshooting, repair and install.
