Job summary

ALO in Memphis is seeking a Warehouse Maintenance Supervisor to lead audits, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on automated material handling systems in the Fulfillment Center.

You will coordinate maintenance activities, work with PLCs and 3-phase power up to 480VAC, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion of tasks.

Candidates should have a strong electrical/mechanical background, 5–10 years of related experience, and relevant certifications or a related degree.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• AAS in an Engineering related field or equivalent experience (including military service).
• 5-10 years of related experience in mechanical troubleshooting, maintenance and/or installation.
• Strong electrical background, low voltage controls and PLC knowledge.
• Conveyor and/or sortation experience.
• Preventative/predictive maintenance; modification and upgrade support; installation.

Responsibilities

• Assists other Technicians and/or Mechanics in repair and maintenance; diagnoses mechanical and electrical problems.
• Performs audits, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of automated material handling components.
• Manages 3 phase systems up to 480VAC including repair, installation and maintenance.
• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs in line with safety and quality procedures.
• Troubleshoots PLCs and external I/O devices; provides resolutions to issues.
• Completes work orders and documents according to procedures; maintains housekeeping and safety standards.
