Job summary

ALO is hiring a Maintenance Tech II to perform audits, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of automated material handling components in the Fulfillment Center. The role requires a strong mechanical and electrical background, experience with 3‑phase systems up to 480VAC, and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; military service considered.
• 3–5 years of related experience in mechanical troubleshooting, maintenance, or installation is required.
• Must analyze and resolve mechanical and technical issues; strong reading of technical docs.
• Solid electrical and controls troubleshooting background; PLC knowledge beneficial.
• Proficiency with safety procedures including lock‑out/tag‑out.
• Experience with conveyor and/or sortation systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with repair and maintenance of equipment in the Fulfillment Center using diagnostics and drawings.
• Perform audits, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of automated material handling components.
• Work with 3‑phase systems up to 480VAC for installation and maintenance.
• Complete work orders and document activities per procedures.
• Maintain inventory of tools and prepare for certification on powered industrial equipment.
• Operate at heights and support parts of the product flow and operations.
