Job summary

Arclin in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Coit plant to plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance activities ensuring safe, efficient operation of equipment and facilities.

This role leads maintenance personnel and supports continuous improvement to maximize uptime; reports to the site Plant Engineering Manager.

Candidates should have 5+ years industrial maintenance and 2+ years supervisory experience; associate degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance or 5 years of maintenance experience.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and facilities.
• Lead maintenance technicians and contractors; plan and prioritize tasks.
• Oversee corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance; reduce downtime.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and analyze equipment failures.
• Manage maintenance inventory and coordinate with purchasing.
