Job summary

Atlas Roofing WEB Technologies in Franklin, OH is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead safety-driven maintenance and optimize mechanical operations. You will oversee preventive maintenance, coordinate with departments, and manage contractors while driving efficiency improvements.

The role requires a BS in Engineering or equivalent, 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, and the ability to read engineering diagrams. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to read metric drawings, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic diagrams.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Must be flexible to work any shift and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and environmentally compliant work environment to foster a safety-first priority. Enforce OSHA standards and company safety policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiencies, streamline processes, and leverage resources to reduce costs.
• Coordinate activities with related departments.
• Conduct root cause analysis on maintenance issues.
• Execute preventive maintenance and manage the work order program.
• Oversee equipment maintenance of all mechanical operations at the facility.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance reports and records.
• Coordinate, schedule, and oversee contractors for project work.
• Work with Production to improve machine performance and efficiency.
• Travel up to 10%.
