• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Sustain and drive reliability strategies to improve asset performance.
• Lead RCA, FMEA and risk assessments.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
• Track KPIs such as PM completion rate, MTBF, MTTR.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations to optimize practices.
• Support asset life cycle management and spare parts strategy.
