The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, 6+ years of related experience, and strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facility systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and facility operating systems.
• Ability to read facility and mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 20-25 maintenance employees.
• Maintain and repair production equipment to ensure continuous quality production.
• Maintain buildings and facilities to keep the plant in good working condition.
• Apply safety and housekeeping programs for an accident-free workplace.
• Manage inventory and parts control to ensure a reliable supply line for all departments.
• Control department costs to stay within budget.
• Coordinate outside contractor services to avoid major downtime.
• Support food and product safety systems in the plant.
