Job summary

Silgan Closures in Tolleson, AZ is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead 20-25 maintenance staff and ensure uninterrupted production. You will supervise equipment maintenance, perform facility upkeep, and implement safety and housekeeping programs for an accident-free workplace.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 6 years of related experience, with knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facility operating systems.
