Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years related experience and/or training.
• Supervising maintenance teams or direct reports.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong math, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the plant's maintenance to maximize operating efficiency.
• Ensure policies and union contracts are administered fairly and consistently.
• Attend and participate in position-related training and apply new skills.
• Identify training needs of subordinates and reinforce skill development with coaching.
• Maintain and upgrade equipment in their accountability area with minimal downtime.
• Provide technical services to ensure safety, quality, sanitation and environmental protection.
