Job summary

Iron Oak Energy is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Tunnel City, WI location. You will supervise maintenance staff, schedule tasks, and coordinate with supervisors to meet daily maintenance requirements for mobile and stationary equipment, buildings, and facilities.

You will ensure safety standards, enforce MSHA regulations, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating parts, tooling, and records to minimize downtime and boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., IFS) preferred.
• Must be able to wear respirator and other PPE.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Set high standards for workplace safety.
• Enforce MSHA regulations and safety policies.
• Direct maintenance for plant and equipment and facilities.
• Requisition parts with purchasing for critical spares.
• Initiate continuous improvement to reduce costs and boost productivity.
• Supervise and schedule maintenance staff to meet plant needs.
• Complete maintenance reporting and equipment/maintenance records.
• Manage work orders from start to finish, ensuring quality repairs.
