Job summary

Candidates should have proven supervisory experience and strong knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, with a focus on safety and budgeting. On-call coverage and training support for junior technicians are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of all building systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing).
• Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations.
• Understanding of budgeting and performance management.
• Excellent planning and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and delegates assignments to ensure work orders and tasks are completed.
• On-call coverage after hours and emergency maintenance readiness.
• Maintains service records and preventive maintenance logs for HVAC and buildings.
• Performs preventative maintenance and inspections of building systems and grounds.
• Coordinates training for Groundskeepers and junior Maintenance Technicians.
