P.B. Bell Property Management Company is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor for the Crossings at Windsong in Prescott Valley, AZ.

This leadership role oversees the maintenance team, ensures apartments and amenities are in top condition, and prepares homes for new residents. The position requires at least 3 years of apartment maintenance experience, prior supervisory responsibility, and a complete tools set.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Must possess a complete set of tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all apartments, buildings, equipment, and amenities are maintained in excellent condition.
• Complete and oversee service requests in a timely manner with exceptional customer service.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents (make-readies/turns).
• Train, schedule, develop, and manage maintenance team members.
• Set priorities and delegate tasks to meet property goals and resident satisfaction standards.
• Coordinate and schedule on-call rotations for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Participate in on-call emergency maintenance response.
• Maintain safety and appearance standards throughout the community.
