Qualifications

• Three years minimum experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Technician in a multi-family setting.
• HVAC and EPA Certification required.
• Experience using Yardi for property management and reporting.
• Ability to estimate maintenance timelines and project costs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Property Manager to coordinate safety, maintenance, and equipment needs.
• Schedule projects in vacant units to ensure timely completion.
• Manage large capital projects, bid processes, and supervision of contractors.
• Communicate with vendors and staff to resolve issues; order supplies.
