Job summary

LR Management Services seeks a dependable Maintenance Supervisor in Michigan to coordinate safety, maintenance, and equipment with the Property Manager. The role requires hands-on experience across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs within a multi-family setting.

You will oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and vendor coordination, leading a team to ensure timely completion and quality workmanship. On-site role with room for growth.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years minimum experience as a Maintenance Supervisor (preferred) or Technician in a multi-family apartment setting or equivalent industry.
• HVAC and EPA Certification.
• Experience with Yardi.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safety, maintenance, and equipment needs with the Property Manager.
• Schedule projects in vacant apartments to ensure timely completion.
• Manage large capital projects, including bidding and supervising contractors.
• Communicate with vendors and staff to resolve issues.
