Job summary

The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies, Inc. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor at The Odyssey Apartments in Fort Myers, FL. You will oversee daily maintenance, supervise a team of technicians, and ensure a safe, rent-ready environment for residents and staff.

Responsibilities include hands-on maintenance, preventative measures, and budget management. Requires 5+ years in maintenance and 2+ years in supervision along with HVAC/CAMT/CPO certifications where applicable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in property maintenance or equivalent maintenance-related fieldwork.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, pools, landscaping, and cleaning.
• Proficient in MS Office; able to lift 75 lbs.; able to travel for parts and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations to ensure safe, rent-ready units and timely service requests.
• Manage a maintenance team; hire, train and take disciplinary actions as needed.
• Control department budget and seek cost-saving measures.
